King Leonidas

Everyone, meet King Leonidas... He is a Male Crown-tail Beta fish.

Seth and I bought him, food for a week, the pebbles in his bowl, and his bowl for 27.19... we paid with Pocket change. It was super awesome!!!! IT took us a bit to count out the change, dollar by dollar... here is the receipt!!

If you are wondering... The answer is yes, he is the replacement for our former roommate Shaun who moved out yesterday... sadly King Leonidas can not cook as well as Shaun, and he will not be paying rent either. However, we still love him... he is pretty much he coolest fish ever.

    Is it my imagination or does that receipt say "7DAY BETTA"? So, will the King only live for 7 more days?!?

    That is his food.... it does say 7day betta. It is a rock that you put in the bowl that feeds him for 7 days, and the package came with 6 of them. that would be sad if the King died in 7 days..

    It didn't take long for you to replace Shaun.... but i must admit that King Leonidas is a pretty sweet fish :)

    I didn't know this Shawn, but I guarantee that he did not have royal blood in his veins! I say you and Seth are better for it. Heck, you'll probably get visiting dignitaries at your apartment to pay homage to the King!!!
